On the eve of winter time in 2009′ it’s hard to predict what the future holds for our economic outlook, but one thing is for sure, we are in for the worst recession this country has ever seen. Why? There are only a select few people around in today’s society from the Great Depression of 1929 who can speak to the severity and similarities of the two.

With bank foreclosures mounting like the mountainous winter snow, jobless rates approaching 10% and up, financial markets and personal investments floundering, for us to begin our launch out of this turmoil we must first be willing to admit just how severe this downturn is and the repercussions of such a slide. It is a certainty that jobs within certain markets like the auto and airline industries are gone forever and weak employment overall may linger for many years to come. Lower standards of living could quickly become a long term reality for a large share of households and just like iconic investors Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump predict, there will only be two classes of citizens, the rich and the poor.

There are certain key factors that show us that this crash is more widespread and seems to have more lasting implications. First, the construction and auto industries in the past have led the way for more favorable economic indicators but with the ruination of Detroit automakers and the influx of new and foreclosed homes, this doesn’t seem likely anytime soon. Second, the job market is caught up in a never ending circle anomaly whereby US spending continues to suffer due to the unemployment rates but businesses are just not likely to hire back any jobs because consumers are not spending in any parts of the retail sector.

Thirdly, even with the SBA (small businesses association) loans from the government trying to boost some capital into small and mid-sized businesses, they are still struggling to secure these loans to expand our create jobs. Many of the upper income households are restrained from doing any sort of real estate investing as they have taken big losses in the equity in their primary residence not to mention most of their other investment portfolio. Probably the biggest impact right now is the inability of investors to use the age old investment tool of OPM (using Other People’s Money, namely banks) for leverage as the overall lending market has restricted it’s parameters for borrow.

As people are glued to their radios and televisions to get the latest “bailout or bust” package from our trusty governmental powers, it’s eminent that the psyche of most Americans has changed forever. The massive state of isolationism that people feel is coupled with an overwhelming feeling of disquietude for our entire socioeconomic model. The lifeblood of most is their job and the perceived security it provides for their family. But we have proven with this latest collapse that relying on another person or entity to secure your future is the biggest risk of all.

The good news is that there are some immediate steps we can take to enhance our current mental state and use the helplessness we feel about finding another job and turn that into positive energy into finding a system of coaches and trainers in a Free Enterprise network. The financial model is shifting rapidly to an internet commerce and wealth creation platform. People are searching a legitimate home based business just as rapidly as they are searching monster or hot jobs because they are fearful that even if they do find another job, what is their assurance that this one will be any more secure?

If people are willing to work as hard on themselves and their internal skill sets as they ever would for their boss, than they could realize their dreams and goals much quicker and with a feeling of empowerment rather than entitlement. The internet is a Gold Rush right now with people creating wealth in others in internet marketing and social networking. It has provided the platform and opportunity to make an income that you never thought possible because of the programming and brainwashing of our current system.

But no more, people are awakening to a system of mentorship and coaching that is unprecedented in today’s society. We will look back on this time 20 years from now and see that this time in history created more internet millionaires than any other time in history. It is a proven fact that when times look the worst is usually when the most opportunities come to light. The cream will rise to the top and you have the opportunity to be right in the thick of the latte’.
