There is no secret in the Network Marketing arena that people will resonate with brand recognition over a big, elite, cartel based organization. When your entire enterprise is built upon long term lasting relationships and networking, it’s imperative to have a brand built for success and longevity.

As an example, take Mary Kay Cosmetics. This organization has been around and withstood the test of time and it’s certainly not about their pink car giveaway for performance bonuses. There are many more choices out there for facial and skin improvement, but they have built a Brand name that will carry for generations to come. This example of Brand loyalty is a testament to how network marketing companies get built and it is not about the top down- directorial model, rather a collaborative effort amongst like-minded individuals committed to a common goals whereby everyone wins.

There are many organizations out in the “monopolistic retail herd” that are built upon old ideals and marketing methods that are just not going to make it in this new Paradigm of networking in Free Enterprise. Sears Roebuck and Company is a classic example of the top tiered model approach that got them into all kinds of cash flow, loss of brand loyalty, and a myriad of social issues within the public domain. Their entire model was built upon name recognition and building a large conglomerate of market domination through mass distribution with many chains. In actuality, there was not any Brand recognition at all but rather name recognition of certain products and back end services that were used as “baiting the sale” techniques with no real value.

In its simplest terms, the top down, corporate herd mentality of production and mass distribution with very little personal touch and 0 back end coaching and mentorship just will not survive in this new Era. People are now wising up and realizing they must surround themselves in Free Enterprise wealth creation and networking building tactics to share knowledge, skill sets and communication to aid in helping all succeed. Creating wealth in Free Enterprise allows all of us to tap into our resources that get buried in the corporate mentality.

The big companies and their impersonal messages to market are slowly but surely taking a back seat to people plugging into turnkey models and pre-built systems in Free Enterprise to create products, services and viable alternatives for people from all walks of life.
