Simply put, our schools and their curriculum will no longer be viable for this mega information era we are in with the internet, social media and network marketing taking over as our medium of exchange.

In the industrial revolution and the advancements within our technological age, there were plenty of high tech, product development and software innovation jobs to be had but we have officially launched into the Internet Era of mass commerce and information transfer and we cannot rely on the old paradigms within our educational systems. We have relied on the “cookie cutter” school methodologies for so long of memorization and general studies in our curriculum all the way through college but that will no longer work. The job, and climb the corporate ladder mentality keeping all of the world enslaved by our manipulated and controlled monetary and debt based societies are being replaced by a true exchange for value system in Free Enterprise Networking.

In a job, it is a top-down model whereby someone trades their time and resources for a pre determined amount of money. Your income and resources are directly related and controlled by a system that is built upon a “pyramidal” platform where a select few at the top get rich and the bottom tiers struggle through the maze of mediocrity. Not to mention the employee prototypical model is keeping people enslaved in the highest tax bracket which will NEVER equate to financial freedom. The falsities within our current financial model have proven that a debt based, fiat paper money system will never work for long term wealth creation.

There are a few steps however we can take that have sprung up all over and are readily accessible with the advent of internet driven commerce. There is a term in any financial model that must become main stream if we are to have any chance of achieving our goals. Leverage is a term that can be applied to many different mediums but in its simplest form is utilizing the “power in numbers” and systems based opportunities. As an example, in Free Enterprise networking there are structures already built that can provide a platform and stage for normal, hard working blue collar folks to plug into and have the same opportunities for success only the ultra wealthy once had. In the past it was a known fact that the wealthy class had access to information to create wealth that the middle and lower classed just did not have. The Mega Information Era however is quickly becoming the “management of information within the information era”. Whatever you type into your Google Search will produce hundreds, sometimes thousands of search results and it’s very confusing to know where to turn for answers. Disseminating and determining a path no matter what action you are taking is much more difficult than actually acquiring the information in the first place. This is a completely different model prior to the internet era. We are barraged constantly with hype, propaganda, mistruths and a host of other falsities, so we must be able to find credible, provable networks of people and organizations to trust.

To be able to move past the mainstream and the next get rich quick blast e-mail you must be able position yourself online as a credible, trustworthy source and there are ways to accomplish this. To set yourself and your image apart from the next online renegade you must “Brand” yourself and your image. Branding is simply creating and mass distribution of your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) that makes people want to connect with your story as opposed to the competitions. What does this mean? In short, since the beginning of old school door to door selling people attract and buy from people not businesses. The business and the products are what the person was going to eventually buy anyway. The person and their USP is what made them purchase from them personally. It is human nature that people to attract to something about another person before trust and an eventual transaction can transpire.

Once we have an understanding of this we can now structure all of our marketing campaigns to sell our product from a position of strength, credibility and a mission statement as opposed to convincing, selling or telling. There has always been a stigma around the word selling. No one wants to be sold by the used car salesman right? BUT, everyone loves to buy “on their terms”. Well, now we have a game plan that is built for winning and getting the golden goose. If we lead with our own unique selling proposition and devise our marketing and advertising campaigns with “our story” in mind our target market will resonate with us and we will in turn attract the type of people we want to sell our products. Whether online, offline, direct selling or some other venue, amateurs “sell” and professionals “sort”. This simply means that you should never have to convince or persuade anyone for your products, if the USP and your campaigns are built around you, you will automatically attract the right audience for your products. You are sorting when you are “eliminating the tire kickers” from the road of life.

With the turn key systems and “McDonald like” home based business models that exist you should not have to sell anyone and the sorting will be done for you prior to any conversations and your conversions to sales will increase dramatically when you attract the right people. This can all be accomplished with the sophistication of the technical and social media outlets on the internet to quickly devise your USP. In the internet era and the managing of that information it is absolutely imperative we are surrounded by systems and processes that are built for showcasing our USP. There is no secret in the Network Marketing arena that people will resonate with brand recognition over a big, elite, cartel based organization. When your entire enterprise is built upon long term lasting relationships and networking, it’s imperative to have a brand built for success and longevity.

As an example, take Mary Kay Cosmetics. This organization has been around and withstood the test of time and it’s certainly not about their pink car giveaway for performance bonuses. There are many more choices out there for facial and skin improvement, but they have built a Brand name that will carry for generations to come. This example of Brand loyalty is a testament to how network marketing companies get built and it is not about the top down- directorial model, rather a collaborative effort amongst like-minded individuals committed to a common goals whereby everyone wins.

There are many organizations out in the “monopolistic retail herd” that are built upon old ideals and marketing methods that are just not going to make it in this new Paradigm of networking in Free Enterprise. Sears Roebuck and Company is a classic example of the top tiered model approach that got them into all kinds of cash flow, loss of brand loyalty, and a myriad of social issues within the public domain. In its simplest terms, the top down, corporate herd mentality of production and mass distribution with very little personal touch and 0 back end coaching and mentorship just will not survive in this new Era. People are now wising up and realizing they must surround themselves in Free Enterprise wealth creation and networking building tactics to share knowledge, skill sets and communication to aid in helping all succeed. Creating wealth in Free Enterprise allows all of us to tap into our resources that get buried in the corporate mentality.

The big companies and their impersonal messages to market are slowly but surely taking a back seat to people plugging into turnkey models and pre-built systems in Free Enterprise to create products, services and viable alternatives for people from all walks of life. If we can continue to focus on networking marketing and building wealth with the Internet Revolution we can always ensure we will take Brand over Brawn in any commerce situation.

It has been proven time and time again that most people do not like change and they will go to any means to make sure their life remains in a state of isolation. There is a mystical state of fear for most when it comes to anything adversely, or perceived adversity to their preconditioned state of mind. If their job is keeping them in cruise control state, even if it’s in the midst of the worst road construction and destruction ever, they will most likely continue on that known path and status quo. If someone is in a marriage that is unfulfilled and completely out of harmony with their core values, most will stay in that channel of “comfortable in their own misery” until the circumstances get so bad they have then sacrificed a good portion of who they are to please the other party. WHY?

There is a real underlying factor and pandemic state in our society right now that stems for our lack of trust in our governmental and socioeconomic system and it has caused many domino effects in our decision making processes. We are programmed through the media, TV, newspapers and Hollywood hit movies that fear, mistrust in someone or some organization is the norm and we must submit to the fear and isolate ourselves and hope a bailout of some sort is coming. This has caused an epidemic shadow on the light of the human spirit. We have somehow come to the conclusion if we lose our jobs we will lose all security and hope for the future in providing for our families. Most never think of the possibilities of other ways and means of wealth creation, only the misapplied and manipulated big governmental constraints that are bestowed upon us. The Job mentality has proven to kill the human spirit with incongruent messages to the brain of self mastery, self introspection, self awareness and self conclusions. The idea that someone other than ourselves can control our time, destiny and overall future plans is totally antipodal to the human spirit. This country was built upon principles of Free Enterprise networking and exchange for value systems whereby the main mode of inclusion was the relationships and communication amongst the people within a self functional paradigm. In short, the people within society were responsible for self exchange and wealth creation by bartering and exchanging resources, value sets and strength of actions from all involved for a common goal. Government was only involved to the extent in business commerce to provide a check and balance amongst the states and the people trading within the municipalities.

Right now with our financial collapse in full bloom and no end in sight, it is the perfect time for the American Spirit of Free Enterprise to Awaken again. There are certain and systematic opportunities everyday surrounding us to take advantage of. The Internet has provided a complete set of rules and paradigms whereby information travels so fast and with such a force that we all can leverage and harness that power to help individuals and organizations find their purpose again. Networking in Free Enterprise and network marketing has provided the antithesis to the JOB (J.ust O.ver B.roke) scarcities and minimalist ideal. The Internet has provided a complete playground for playmakers and a business model for serious entrepreneurs to start their own home business and begin their new life journey of personal empowerment. We have been so manipulated into thinking that we must go to school, get a good job, buy a house (our largest asset, WRONG) and live the life of a credit card debt just to keep up with the Jones’s mentality, that we have lost the vision of how true wealth is created and mastered in Free Enterprise. Leveraging the internet and the internet searches for home businesses will allow us to tap into systems and processes that are built for automation, duplication and branding on the internet.

There are some very simple steps people can take to start small and recapture that buried inner spirit we all have for self mastery and self creation. We were all born with a specific purpose and talent, but unfortunately that job has not allowed that to come out. What is the number #1 thing we all have in common even if we don’t know it? What feels better, depositing your paycheck into your account every week after a grueling 5 or 6 days at the office, or helping that little old lady in need as she drops her groceries in Wal Mart? This is precisely what has been missing in our cartel controlled and manipulated media spreading the words of financial collapse, swine flu pandemic and the banking bail outs.

There is such an entitlement mentality out there right now that we are finally awakening to how “real, tangible wealth” is created in our country. The movement of money by exchanging education and useful information through Bartering and an “exchange for value” mindset will ultimately bring us out of this deep and isolated feeling of depression that has been spreading like a cancer.
